Longmore 9 is a complex and rather faint planetary nebula in the constellation Lupus and its structure likely consists of two overlapping shells.
It was discovered in 1977 by Andrew Longmore and also independently discovered by Lubos Kohoutek the same year.

The combined Ha and OIII inverted image barely shows an extremely faint outer halo that was discovered by the Galactic Planetary Nebula Halo Survey (GPNHS) team in January 2015
