ESO 378-1 Southern Owl Nebula

The nebula is named so because of its resemblance to the famous Owl Nebula in Ursa Major. The nebula is notably symmetric, round, and has a diameter of approximately four light-years.

Due to the long exposure a lot of faint background galaxies are visible.
