Abell 36 Planetary Nebula in Virgo

Abell 36 is a planetary nebula located 780 light years away in the constellation of Virgo. It is an ancient nebula with more diiffuse structure but complex shock fronts.
The central star is very hot, about 73 000 K and emits mainly in ultraviolet light.
